Mark wins 10 miler at Dereham

Mark Sands set off early to tackle the Dereham 10 mile race this morning. Perfect weather conditions helped him on his way to a fantastic win in a time of 56 minutes and 17 seconds.

Four Skegness & District runners took part in the Eye 10km. Andy Shelton came back from the London Marathon fighting and finished in a strong position with a time of 00:43:49 followed in quick succession by his brother Jeff Shelton in 00:52:58. Helena Shelton is coming back from injury, and each week is looking stronger. Helena finished in a time of 1:10:53 followed seconds behind by Margaret Cooper in a time of 1:10:53 which is a 1 minute PB. Fantastic running by all!

Sajiv Jain from Boston took the SADRC colours and traveled to Oxford for the 10km. The 10k takes you along a City Center closed-road route that finishes in the University Parks. Sanjiv ran the 10km in a chip time of 1:19:51. Well Done!
