TUESDAYS – Spilsby training. We meet at the New Life Centre on the Church Street (Opposite St James Church) from 6.20pm for 6.30pm start. There are various distances and speeds covered to cater for all abilities. Spilsby is an ideal practice ground as it offers Hills, Roadwork, Trail and X Country in a small area.
WEDNESDAY – Horncastle training. We meet at The Bull Hotel on the Bull Ring (Town Centre) from 6.20pm for 6.30pm start. There are various distances and speeds covered to cater for all abilities. We occasionally do some speed work sessions too.
THURSDAYS – Boston training. We meet at the Princess Royal Sports Centre from 6.45pm for 7pm. We try to run different routes each week and offer members varying distances from 3 miles up to about 8 miles and again all speeds and abilities are catered for. We now offer interval sessions on the track also.
FRIDAYS – Skegness training takes place at the Crown Hotel on Drummond Road. Our training is suitable for all abilities. Sometimes we will go for a scenic run along the sea front in the Summer months. Sometimes we may do an interval session. These will enhance your stamina, speed and confidance. Sessions start from 6.30pm.
